CHRISTMAS JAZZ CONCERT

Jazz singer and songwriter Raquel Cepeda presents her annual Christmas Jazz Concert on Friday December 15 2023 at the Midtown Arts and Theater Center of Houston.

With a beautiful selection of seasonal Jazz tunes, Christmas songs from around the world, original jazz arrangements and original Christmas music, Cepeda and her band will once more warm up the hearts of the Houston audience and ablaze the joy of this beautiful season in a concert open to all ages.

Cepeda will be performing with her jazz septet. Her band is composed by top jazz musicians from far reaching geographies: Barry Sames on the piano and David Craig on double bass from North America. Adriano Santos on drums and Cassio Duarte on percussion from Brazil, Ernesto Vega on sax, flute and clarinet from Cuba, and Salvador Velazco on trumpet from Mexico.
